1. Payment methods
- Kaspi Gold / Kaspi Pay (preferred for KZ residents)
- Halyk Bank cards via Plexy
- Visa / Mastercard via Plexy (KZT) and Stripe (USD)
- Bank transfer for Business plan only — invoice issued by request
2. Currency
Prices on the public site are quoted in KZT and USD. The KZT figure is what you pay if you use a KZ payment method. USD pricing is converted at the daily mid-market rate at the time of billing.
3. Invoicing + receipts
Receipts are emailed automatically the moment payment is confirmed. Tax invoices for legal entities (ТОО / ИП): request via support — we issue an electronic invoice (электронный счёт-фактура) within 1 business day.
4. Failed payments
On failed renewal we retry on day 1, day 3 and day 7. After day 10 we downgrade to Free; dynamic QRs become read-only but stay live for 12 months. You can resubscribe and resume seamlessly.
5. Webhook security
Plexy webhooks are authenticated by exact-match Bearer token (constant-time compare). Stripe webhooks are verified by HMAC-SHA256 signature. Failed verifications are logged but never executed.
